Amy joined Roythornes Solicitors in September 2023 after completing a Law with French Law LLB degree at the University of Birmingham.
She began her legal career as a Paralegal in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team, where she gained valuable experience while completing her Legal Practice Course and achieving a Masters of Law (LLM) from the University of Law in July 2024.
Currently in the first seat of her Training Contract, Amy works within the Personal Injury department. She is dedicated to building on her expertise in handling claims related to Road Traffic Accidents, Employer’s Liability, Occupier’s Liability, Fatal Accidents and Clinical Negligence. The latter includes a range of claims, such as delays in providing the necessary treatment and missed diagnoses.
Amy is committed to providing compassionate and professional legal support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes both in terms of their recovery from injuries and compensation.
Her second seat of her Training Contract will be in Residential Development where Amy will look to gain experience in a different area of law and expand her legal knowledge.
