Cathryn is an Associate Solicitor practising family law for 6 years and joined us from a top tier national law firm in the Midlands. Cathryn regularly helps clients living in or around Worcestershire and Birmingham.
She has experience in dealing with all family issues, including divorce, financial settlements and issues relating to arrangements for children.
Cathryn has a particular expertise in dealing with matters relating to unmarried couples, including cohabitation agreements and any disputes involving property and financial matters for children of unmarried couples. In addition, she specialises in domestic abuse protection to include non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
Cathryn works closely with clients to provide essential support during difficult times, together with pragmatic advice ensuring the best possible outcome for them and their families.
