She has expertise in a wide range of property matters, including development work, new-build purchase transactions, and affordable housing sales to Registered Providers.

Her areas of work also include residential purchase and sales, commercial financing and funding, and leasehold property transactions. Claire is known for her attention to detail and her ability to manage complex property transactions efficiently, ensuring clients achieve their goals smoothly.

Outside of her legal practice, Claire enjoys running in her spare time.
