Emily Wilson
Emily qualified as a Solicitor in September 2019 into our Renewal Energy team. Before joining Roythornes as a trainee in 2017, Emily graduated from Loughborough University with a first-class degree in politics and international relations in 2015 and from Bristol University with a master’s degree in law in 2017.
Day to day Emily deals with a wide array of renewable, commercial and mineral matters. Her particular expertise is in the renewable energy sector where she works closely with Edd Johnson in advising on largescale solar and other renewal projects for both landowners and developers.
Aside from renewables, Emily has considerable experience in commercial property transactions including dealing with landlord and tenant matters, commercial purchases and sales, overage, promotion and pre-emption agreements.
