Emma Todd TEP
Emma graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 before achieving a Distinction in her LPC at the University of Law in York in 2014. Prior to moving to Roythornes in 2021, Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 having undertaken her training at another Lincolnshire law firm where she went on to be appointed as a Partner.
Emma is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and is an full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, and obtained TEP status in 2022.
Emma forms part of our Private Client team specialising in advising on the preparation of Wills, inheritance tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration and estate administration. She particularly enjoys providing advice in relation to all aspects of estate administration and has significant experience within this area.
She prides herself in providing excellent client care and being approachable and understanding whilst also offering efficient and tailored advice to all her clients.
