Ian Sanders

Ian joined Roythornes in October 2024 as a Partner in the Commercial Property team.

With 25 years of experience in commercial property across the East Midlands, Ian brings extensive knowledge and skill to every project.

His expertise spans all areas of commercial property work, with a particular focus on development projects, including option agreements, conditional contracts, development agreements, and pre-emption agreements. In addition, Ian handles acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending with the same meticulous attention to detail.

Known for building enduring client relationships, Ian enjoys working with his longstanding clients and always looks forward to welcoming new ones.
