James Pepperdine

James is an associate in the Real Estate department based at our Peterborough office. James specialises in a wide range property related matters, having gained 20 years of legal experience acting for individuals, businesses, developers, investors, and other commercial entities across the region and nationally. His technical ability and commercial insight allow him to act for clients across a broad range of sectors.

He recognises the importance of understanding his clients' specific requirements and working collaboratively with them to achieve their desired outcomes, whilst providing a high level of expertise and communication throughout.

He regularly advises clients on all aspects property transactions, including:

• Landlord and Tenant – including commercial Leases, Agreements for Lease and Licences;
• Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases;
• Option & Promotion Agreements;  
• Conditional Contracts and Overage;
• Property financing; and
• Easements

In addition to his commercial property work, James also assists clients with a range of residential property matters, including high value or complex sales, purchases, transfers of equity and adverse possession claims.
