Louise Clifton

Louise graduated in law from the Open University in 2016 and completed her LPC in 2018 before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2020.

Louise is part of the Planning team and is based in the Nottingham and Spalding offices. Louise has experience in private practice and local government and as such she brings with her experience in all areas of planning and highways law including complex section 106 Agreements, highways and sewer agreements, public rights of way, planning appeals, enforcement matters, planning regularisation, and strategic planning applications.

Louise has a particular interest in housing developments and mixed-use schemes, planning enforcement and the planning regularisation of unauthorised developments.
