Martin Spencer

Martin has been a valued member of the Roythornes Solicitors team since 2007 and transitioned into the Debt Recovery Team in 2012.

With over 13 years of experience in the field, he is highly skilled in handling complex debt recovery matters and has earned membership in the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.

Martin has particular expertise in applications for charging orders and successfully defending applications to set aside judgments. He also supports clients with cross-border debt recovery by issuing proceedings in England, transferring cases to Scotland, and working closely with trusted agents to enforce judgments effectively.

Outside of his professional life, Martin is a talented bowls player who has proudly represented England. His achievements include winning a gold medal at the European Championships in September 2024.
