Mollie Heslop

Mollie joined Roythornes as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023, with her first two seats being in Agricultural Property and Regulatory Litigation.

Mollie is currently in her third seat within our Family Team where she assists with a range of areas including:

• Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships

• Children Act proceedings

• Financial remedy proceedings

• Cohabitation agreements

• Separation agreements

• Pre and post nuptial agreements

Prior to joining Roythornes, Mollie graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Law degree in 2021, and then completed her LLM LPC at Nottingham Law School in 2023, in which she received a Distinction.
