Natasha Ewins

Natasha studied law at Cambridge University, and now embarks on her legal career as a trainee solicitor.

She joined Roythornes in October 2023, initially working part-time with the Business Support Team while completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University. During this period, she gained valuable experience in both business support and compliance.

Her first seat as a trainee solicitor is in the Employment team, where she assists both businesses and individuals on a wide range of employment-related matters, including:

• Advising businesses on employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance
• Supporting employers with grievance and disciplinary procedures
• Assisting individuals with settlement agreements and redundancy advice
• Providing guidance on employment tribunal claims for both employees and employers
• Offering tailored advice on discrimination claims, workplace disputes, and unfair dismissal cases

Natasha is dedicated to delivering practical and clear legal advice, helping clients navigate complex employment issues with confidence.
