Octavian joined Roythornes in October 2024 as a Paralegal within our Private Client team, following the completion of his Law LLB at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in August 2024.
In his role, Octavian provides vital support to solicitors, focusing on matters concerning vulnerable individuals. He assists with applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies and plays an active part in managing deputyships, including helping with financial decisions such as personal budgeting and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Octavian regularly liaises with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
During his time at university, Octavian volunteered with a scheme that educated primary and secondary school students about how the law affects everyday life, fostering an early understanding of legal principles.
