Ollie Peckham

Ollie qualified as a Solicitor in October 2019 and has gained experience working on a variety of corporate matters across a range of different sectors and industries.

Having completed both his undergraduate degree and LPC at Nottingham Trent University, Ollie carried out his training contract and remained within the region to gain experience within the corporate sector at a top 200 law firm.

Ollie has considerable experience working in M&A on both share transactions and asset transactions, as well as in equity arrangements, drafting articles of association and shareholder agreements for complex company structures and joint ventures. With a background of property knowledge, Ollie has become familiar with the property and real estate industries, advising a number of property developers and care homes on both governance and corporate sales/purchases.
